Dr. Shawl is a wonderful doctor, surgeon, and human! I'd been coming to him for a few years specifically for ear issues, which he took care of well. He's always been kind, and personable, and I love asking him about his art - especially when new pieces arrive. A few years in to being his patient, he brought up how he could help fix my deviated septum to breathe better if I wanted to consider it. I never thought about that before, plus surgery makes me nervous in general, but I did take some time to think about it and ultimately deiced to do it. I'm just shy of 4 weeks post-surgery now and I'm already feeling an incredible difference, and my ability to breathe and get air in my lungs thanks to the septum fix is amazing - and healing isn't even over! He clearly did a wonderful job as a surgeon, and I'm so happy to have him as my doctor. I'd recommend him to literally everyone!

OptumRx will not send Prilosec prescription and says that you will need to send the pre authorization again before I can receive medication. I am dying here please help
